We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy to give you peace of mind.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours after payment confirmation.
After this period, your order will already be in the processing stage and cannot be cancelled or refunded until the items are received and returned to us.
If you wish to cancel after the 3-hour window, the order must first be delivered to you, and then returned following our standard return procedure outlined below.
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
The 30-day period starts from the date you receive your order.
Returns must be shipped back within this timeframe.
To qualify for a return:
The watch must be unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges for another model or color are allowed.
A small reshipment fee will be charged, depending on your location, to cover shipping costs for the new item.
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotions:
Both items must be returned together for a full refund.
Partial returns are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Exchanges are allowed for one item — the other can be kept.
Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense.
Costs vary depending on your location and courier choice.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges start processing as soon as we approve your return request to reduce waiting time.
Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account after processing.
If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@7suit.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted for refunds.
